Hello Families! My name is Ms. Brinkley and I am a 3rd Grade teacher at Pleasant Grove. I am originally from Spring Hope N.C. and a native of North Carolina. I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and certification in Reading K-12. I taught in Nash County for 5 years before moving to Raleigh. This is my fourth year teaching at Pleasant Grove.

I value the importance of education and learning. When I was a little girl my favorite thing to do was to “play school” with my barbie dolls. When I am not at school I enjoy cooking, reading and any kind of physical activity. Exercising and health is very important to me. I also love cheering for my favorite football team the Carolina Panthers! I am excited to be a Pleasant Grove Flyer!
