My name is Lisa Gray and I am so excited to begin my 28th year of teaching as a Pleasant Grove Flyer. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education in Elementary and Special Education from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Education in Reading from UCF. I am also very proud to be a National Board Certified Teacher. I spent 10 years teaching 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade at Cedar Fork Elementary. I am originally from Syracuse, NY and have lived in North Carolina since 2000. I live in Morrisville with my husband, Rob, our three children, and our dog, Bella. My daughter, Kelsey, is a senior at NC State University; and my son, Kyle, is taking a gap year to run his own business. My youngest son, Ryan is a 12th grader at Panther Creek High School. My family keeps me very busy especially with the addition of a new puppy this summer. I enjoy books, coffee, Netflix, the beach, concerts, the Syracuse Orange, and spending time with friends and family. I love learning new things and I am looking forward to sharing my love of learning with my students in a fun, engaging, collaborative, student-led Kindergarten classroom! Go Flyers!
