Ms. Oxendine, Mr. Ferrell, and Ms. Poindexter are proud recipients of the Karen Sinders Memorial Grant from the Apex Public School Foundation. The $2500.00 grant is for Enhancing Gifted Math Education through a Vex Robotics Math Elective. These funds will purchase VEX IQ robotics for our AIG math electives, giving students hands‑on, standards‑aligned opportunities to deepen mathematical thinking through robotics. We are grateful to the Sinders family and the Apex Public School Foundation for their support in expanding rigorous, creative STEM learning for our gifted learners.
