Happy New Year, and welcome back! We hope you enjoyed a restful and joyful winter break. We are excited to welcome our students and staff back to campus and continue the great work underway this school year.

Thank you for your partnership and ongoing support. Below you’ll find this week’s updates, reminders, and important upcoming dates.

Leesville Road High School's Fall Semester Final Exam Schedule:

Exams will take place from January 16th to January 23rd, 2026. You can find the final exam schedule here: bit.ly/LRHSFall25exams. The final exam counts for 20% of each student’s final grade for all courses, including End-of-Course (EOC) exams, Career and Technical Education (CTE) assessments, and teacher-made exams. Students must take these exams on campus. A list of the exams is available in the final exam schedule.

We will have a modified schedule on January 16th, 20th, and 21st, and students will be dismissed at 12:45 p.m. On January 16th, students will take the Biology, English II, Math I, and Math III EOCs. Students will take their CTE state assessments during their assigned class period.

If your student is taking an EOC or CTE exam, please make sure they bring their fully charged WCPSS laptop. Testing on personal devices is not allowed. Please contact your student's teacher directly for questions about teacher-made exams, exam exemptions, or attendance.

LRHS Winter Dance Concert

The LRHS Dance Department invites you to attend their Winter Concert on January 7 and 8th at 7pm. Enjoy various styles of dance performed by Beginning dance, Intermediate dance, and Dance Ensemble. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased using the link below. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.

Order Deadlines and Pick Up Dates:

• Order by December 16 (Tuesday) with pick up after January 13
• Order by February 13 with pick up after March 6
• Order by March 27 with pick up after April 20
• Order by May 1 with pick up after May 22
