End of year testing - help needed

Information to Families

Students in Grades 3-5 will participate in the End of Grade (EOG) testing the last 10 days of school (May 29-June 11).  Please make sure you mark your calendars as this involves all students in grades 3-5.  Parents of students who are not proficient can opt-in for retesting within those 10 days.  To help us prepare, please complete THIS FORM if you would like for your child to retest.

Proctors Needed

We need proctors to help facilitate End of Grade (EOG) testing for grades 3-5.  Proctors are observers in the testing session to ensure test security and consistency of testing across the state.  Proctors need to be approved volunteers and cannot proctor in their child’s classroom.  Proctors need to be available from 9:00-12:00.  The schedule is still being finalized.  However, we would like to start gathering interest for testing May 29-June 11.  There is still time to become an approved volunteer by following THIS LINK. Please complete THIS FORM if you can proctor on ANY DAY during our testing window.  As testing approaches, we will let you know the exact days of testing.
