Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School recently welcomed Mr. Terrell Young as he facilitated an impactful Restorative Practices workshop designed specifically for the school’s athletic coaches. The session focused on strengthening relationships, building team culture, and promoting positive student-athlete development both on and off the field.
During the workshop, Mr. Young introduced coaches to restorative strategies that emphasize accountability, communication, and conflict resolution. Coaches engaged in collaborative discussions and participated in practical scenarios that demonstrated how restorative practices can be applied to athletics, team management, and student behavior support.
