Hello Wakelon Families! Please see our school updates below.  

Student Dress Code: Families, we have had beautiful weather these last couple of days, and we are grateful for it!  Please be reminded that all students, regardless of grade level and/or age, must adhere to the WCPSS Dress code.  Any student who comes to school dressed in attire that does not meet our school district’s dress code will be brought to the office and a phone call will be placed for parents/guardians to bring appropriate clothing. Thank you in advance for ensuring that your child is meeting the school district’s dress code expectations. 

Art to Remember: Did you forget to order something from Art to Remember? It's not too late! We are currently taking late orders. The late order deadline is MONDAY, APRIL 20th. You have until then to complete any orders. You can choose to have it shipped home or to the school. Again, I appreciate everyone who has helped in supporting this fundraiser!

PTA Fundraiser Time: Our Apex Fun Run Fundraiser is back!  Our BIG EVENT will take place on Wednesday.  Please make sure your students are dressed in appropriate clothing and sneakers to run laps in.  All Wakelon students will receive a free Kona Icee on this day.  Special thank you to our PTA for providing the cold sweet treat for our staff and students.  Parents, it’s not too late to donate.  Thank you in advance for your support!  Please reach out to your child’s teacher for their race time.  Parents are invited to come out and cheer for their students.
