Spirit Week: We will be having a spirit week the week of 5/18 in order to get everyone excited about the upcoming EOGs. Please view this document to see the themes. 

Volunteers Needed: It's an exciting time at Wakelon! Our WAKE Up and Read Annual Book Distribution is coming soon (Tuesday-Thursday, May 26th-28th). All K-3 students will have the opportunity to select up to 5 books, at no cost, to help build their home library and read over the summer! This is a great opportunity to come into school and support students as they shop. Please use this link to sign up to volunteer. Thank you! 

Kindergarten Orientation: If you have a rising kindergarten student, please be sure to come out and join us on May 18th from 5:00-6:00 pm.  At this time, you will learn all about kindergarten requirements and expectations, meet all of the kindergarten teachers, the counselor, assistant principals, and Principal Nealy.
