Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, in partnership with The Thurgood Marshall College Fund and United Negro College Fund (UNCF) is hosting their annual Focus HBCU College Fair in Raleigh this year!

Any SHS student who wants to attend should:

1. Register in Advance.  http://tinyurl.com/focushbcufair2026
2. Fill out the educational leave form (English, Spanish) in order for this absence to be excused (all absences still count toward exam exemptions).  Pick up the form from the attendance office or download it here: English ; Spanish.
3. Request a copy of your unofficial transcript.  Although it's not mandatory, if you are considering any institution offering onsite admissions, staff highly encourage you to ensure you have a copy ready as a document, pdf, or picture to upload, before you continue with the registration process linked above.

4. Students are responsible for making up any school work missed while absent that day.

FIELD TRIP OPPORTUNITY
