Per NC State law, students must have a 2nd MCV vaccine prior to their 12th grade year. If your student has already taken the 2nd dose, please email a copy of the record to immunizations348@wcpss.net.  If your student has not taken the 2nd dose, please do so and send record to immunizations348@wcpss.net.
