Who can I contact?

Patricia Harrington is the School Social Worker at Holly Grove Middle School and serves as the Point of Contact (POC).

Pre-deployment or post-deployment leave coming up? Please contact me at 919-567-4177 ext.20457 regarding needed documentation and the approval process for absences. Documentation is needed prior to the leave dates for the days to be considered an excused absence.

Julia Shelton is the Data Manager at Holly Grove Middle School and can also help with enrollment and attendance questions.

INBOUND CHECKLIST:

OUTBOUND CHECKLIST:

• Notify Holly Grove Middle School that your child will be leaving (within 2 weeks of deployment.  Contact Patricia Harrington (HGMS social worker) 919-567-4177 ext20457, Julia Shelton (HGMS Data Manager) ext 20462 or Angelina Espinoza (Guidance Tech) ext 20486.
• Have a copy of the most recent report card.
• Have copies of current IEP, 504 AIG documentation.
• If you are PCSing overseas, please contact Patricia Harrington, Julia Shelton, or Angelina Espinoza to coordinate the records transfer.
