Pre-Kindergarten Information

Wiley is home to an integrated preschool setting where preschoolers with hearing loss and preschoolers without hearing loss play and learn together.  The small class has limited openings which will be offered in the spring for the following school year. In March, we will host an open house for interested families and open our registration window. Foundations: Early Learning Standards for North Carolina Preschools by NC Department of Public Instruction is used as a basis for this class.  The Creative Curriculum, Second Step, Letterland and Conscious Discipline are also used in this classroom. Our program recognizes the importance of learning through play and social and emotional development for our youngest learners.
