Registration-Please complete the online application. After you have completed the online application please sign up for an appointment to complete the registration process. Additional slots will be added as dates pass.

The following documents must be presented at the appointment: A completed WCPSS online registration, your child's certified birth certificate, proof of residency (gas,electric or water bill in the name of one of the parents on the birth certificate), your child's current immunization record, and your photo ID.
