Magnet Theme Application

The medical theme is incorporated into all English classes as part of the curriculum. Students are asked to tackle greater world challenges and connect them to texts they are reading through class, connecting current global initiatives to the past. The medical theme is also apparent in the choice of intentional texts, such as article topic, research papers, and book choices. Classes focus on real-world application of skills through the World Health Organization’s Global Goals. Projects within classes incorporate the magnet theme as a central topic while students learn and create a variety of products.
