    Off-Campus Lunch Pass

     

    Off-Campus Lunch Pass: 

    Off-Campus Lunch Pass Dates: 
    Step1: Print and fill out agreement 
    • Off-Campus Lunch Pass applications must be submitted in-person. Please remember that all forms must be notarized in advance, or a parent must be present when submitting the form for staff verification. 
    Step 2: Pay $10 Off-Campus Lunch Pass fee (link below)
    Lost Lunch Pass: You must pay the $20 fee online, and meet with Mrs. Scelsi in the Main Office, before or after school or during lunch.  
    For GREEN HOPE HS Students only: 
    Off-Campus Lunch Pass(Replacement) Fee - If a student has lost the Off-Campus Lunch Pass and wants to replace it with another one.
    Excessive unexcused tardies may result in the revocation or suspension of off-campus lunch passes.
