    Before School Starts…

    1. Bring in any needed registration paperwork
    2. Health Assessment (5 year physical and immunization record must be complete and submitted on or before August 17th)
    3. Medication (please contact our office for more information)

    What Your Child Will Need on their first day of School

    • Book bag
    • Lunch / Lunch Money
    • Change of Clothes
    • Preschool Information Sheet
    • Please label all items with your child’s name
    • Please wait to bring in your child’s school supplies until “Meet the Teacher” day.
