My name is Cejuanna Morgan, and I am honored to serve as the proud principal of Rogers Lane Elementary School. I am deeply committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where all students can thrive.

As a proud graduate of the Wake County Public School System and Sanderson High School, it brings me great joy to serve the community that shaped me. I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Teaching from Hampton University before returning to Wake County as a classroom teacher at Brooks Museum Magnet Elementary. I later served as an Instructional Facilitator at Walnut Creek Elementary and as assistant principal at River Bend Elementary.

At Rogers Lane, we are focused on building strong partnerships between school, home, and the community. I look forward to continuing our work together to support our students’ growth—academically, socially, and emotionally—and to make Rogers Lane a place where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to learn.
