• Welcome to our Interactive Community!

Partnership Elementary serves students from all over Wake County. As a magnet school, Partnership strives to create a highly collaborative, small school feel with an emphasis on building community. We have a high level of parent involvement. We encourage families to volunteer regularly in some capacity throughout the school year. Our students focus on community-based service learning projects several times each school year. #smallschoolBIGfun

  • Students on the playground

  • Our Interactive Community specials bring whole grade levels together to interact with each other through team building and community service.

Walkable Community

  • Front Door

  • Partnership is nestled in one city block just minutes away from downtown Raleigh. This allows our students to experience walking field trips to neighboring sites such as Broughton High School, the NC Legislature building, and even the local public library!

Building Relationships

  • Group of students

  • Our school uses the Responsive Classroom framework to help students build community within their classrooms, within the school, and within our broader community.

Our Family Volunteers

  • Volunteer working with students.

  • Did you know Partnership was founded with its greatest goal being to engage families as volunteers? That's where we got our name! We welcome families and community members to help create unique and engaging learning experiences for our Pioneers.

Extracurricular Activities

  • Students playing chess.

  • With programs such as Girls on the Run, All Pro Dads, Chess Club, Chorus, Junior Librarians, Student Ambassadors, and Safety Patrol, all students can develop leadership skills and pursue new interests through our student and family organizations!

Partnership Pioneers

  • Students coloring.

  • We are Partnership, the purple and the teal! Our students of past and present are PROUD to be PME Pioneers! Our 2024 "Homecoming" event welcomed over 40 alumni students, families, former teachers, and administrators who all still consider Partnership home. We can't wait to welcome future Pioneers to join our legacy!

"Partnership is a great school! Small classrooms and individual attention initially drew us to the school and contributed to our child's success. Our children were both well prepared for the transition to middle school - which is a big transition." - Mary Humphrey

"The small school atmosphere creates a sense of community for everyone - creating a family feel. Families are welcome to participate in many aspects of their child's education." - Jeremy Morrison
