Please follow these instructions after you have moved to get your student's address correct in our system.

Read the "Address Change Policy" carefully under Student Assignment on the WCPSS website.

School Assignment Form - Spanish

Parents should come to the front office or Student Services with the following:

1. Photo ID of the parent/court-appointed custodian
2. Completed School Assignment Form
3. Current recently dated utility bill - gas, water, OR electric (within 30 days)  - Cable bills, phone bills, etc. WILL NOT be accepted
4. OR recently dated and signed lease/rental agreement (within 60 days)
5. OR new closing/settlement statement with the closing date within 45 days
