YMCA After School Program

The Alexander Family YMCA provides after-school care for Root students Monday – Friday on Root’s campus.

After school begins when the bell rings and is over at 6:00pm, including early release days. Your child’s afternoon will be filled with engaging activities, homework assistance, positive role models, and character development. The Y is a safe, positive, environment for your child to attend at the end of their day. For more information, you can visit Root After School.

YMCA Youth Programs
•         The YMCA runs After-School programs that serve your child’s school
•         The Y offers full-day care on teacher work days and many school holidays
•         The Alexander Y offers half and full-day summer camp options from 2 years old to middle-school aged teens
•         Summer Camp Registration is now open. Registration takes place at the Alexander Family YMCA
