Hi! My name is Tom McAlonen. I've been teaching at Fuquay-Varina Elementary since 1996. I am married to my lovely wife, Donna and have three kids: Asher, living out in Asheville, Ethan, attending Appalachian State University, and Mini, a lazy Mal-Shi. I grew up in Long Island, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. I enjoy playing golf, camping, playing guitar, reading, and all beach activities. I LOVE teaching 5th grade!
