If you live within a mile of Root, you are on the Walker list. You must be an approved Walker with a tag. Kindergartners and 1st graders must have an adult meet them in order to walk home. They cannot be sent alone or with an older sibling. If you are unsure if you live within the walk zone, please contact Mackenzie Hale mhale4@wcpss.net. You cannot park in the staff parking lot off Lassiter to pick up your students.
