Interested in being a team manager for Oberlin Athletics? If so, please reach out to the coach of your sport of interest to gather more information. Each sport may or may not utilize a manager or managers. Each coach will determine the number of managers fir the team and the process will be determined by each individual coach. Some coaches ask potential managers to write a letter of interest and others may choose randomly by drawing names out of a hat.

Please note that managers may not participate in any athletics with the team and are present to assist the coach with practice and game day activities. Managers DO NOT need to complete forms in DragonFly. Prior to each season, announcements will be made in the morning regarding attendance at the Interest Meeting for each sport. Potential managers should attend the interest meetings to show their interest."
