Ms. Peacock is an elementary teacher and environmental educator with 27 years of experience working with children, teachers, and the outdoors. She has taught both kindergarten and 2nd grade, and has served as an Elementary Science Coordinating Teacher for the district. Since 2013, she has worked with various groups in nature as an Environmental Educator at Agape and with City of Raleigh Nature Programs. Ms. Peacock likes hiking, reading, and spending time in nature with her family. She also cares for a menagerie at home, including 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a bearded dragon!
