Registration Hours for 2020-2021 School Year:

Mondays  1:00pm-3:00pm

Fridays    10:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm

Bring the following ORIGINAL documents:

- birth certificate

- parent ID

- proof of residence (newly signed lease OR gas, water, or electric bill within last 30 days)

- If you have completed the NC Health Assessment form and immunizations, they can be turned in as well
