Magnet Schools of America (MSA), recognizes Magnet Schools across the nation that provide well-rounded, high-quality, innovative, and diverse programs for all students through their Merit Awards Program. Schools can be identified with national certification and schools can also be recognized as magnet schools of distinction or magnet schools of excellence. The National Magnet Certification is earned by schools that show evidence of upholding the five pillars of the magnet school structure.   The Magnet School of Excellence award is the top merit award category and is only awarded to a select group of magnet schools throughout the country. Both recognitions indicate a dedication to diversity, innovative instruction, student achievement, and parent & community involvement. 

We are excited to be recognized by MSA as a Nationally Certified Magnet School as well as a Magnet School of Excellence. Our school received both of these prestigious awards because of the incredible amount of dedication and the outstanding achievements of our students, staff, and families.
