I am Dana Hendix and I am the school counselor at BES. This is my 6th year here. I have been a school counselor for 17 years between Nash and Wake County.  I graduated from East Carolina University twice with an undergrad degree in Criminal Justice and my Masters in Counseling.  My dad was in the army for 20 years so I moved around while growing up. 7 schools from Kindergarten to High School. I moved to Raleigh 9 years ago.  My husband Eric and I have 2 rescued cats and 2 rescued dogs. We live close to the school so you may see us in the community. We love to travel and look forward to visiting new places.
