About: My name is Frank Caslin, and I am proud to be a Washington Wizard! I am from upstate New York, received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from SUNY Cortland, and my Masters in Education from SUNY Cortland.  This will be my sixth year at Washington Elementary after twenty three years at The Institue for Child Development at Binghamton University.  I have a passion for working with our youngest learners and collaborating with staff and parents!  Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor—is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily.  I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.  Personally, I have been married for 32 glorious years and have three fantastic children who are 29, 27, and 25 years old.  I spent many years coaching their soccer, basketball teams. I look forward to working together with you as partners in your child’s growth and development!
