Hi! My name is Penny Foutz. This is my 17th year working at Lincoln Heights. I started as a volunteer mom and quickly fell in love with the school atmosphere. My passion is working with special needs kids, I love to watch them grow and see them blossom! I’ve been married 30 years and I have 2 grown sons and 2 dogs. I love to crochet, craft and travel to new places.
