I am originally from Southern California, but I have lived in Apex for more than 20 years. I graduated from California State University at Northridge with a degree in Business Administration. After 8 years in public relations, I started my career in teacher at LAUSD. I have taught first grade for more than 25 years. I have 5 children and three grandchildren. I have an amazing dog, Murphy. In my free time I love to read, bake, shop, watch soccer and travel.
