Mary Rose Sefter was born and raised in Connecticut, earning her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. She's the proud Mom of an ECU Pirate who works and lives in Raleigh. Her husband, a Penn State alumnus, keeps her interested in PSU events in addition to her passion for UConn Women's basketball. She tutors and volunteers with nonprofit literacy groups such as Read and Feed. She enjoys shopping with her daughter, spending time with her church family, traveling, crafting, and READING! Living in Cary and working in Apex, she feels blessed and looks forward to being an AES Cougar.
