Hi! My name is Kristi Baker and I am excited to continue in the Lead Mine family this year as a second grade teacher. I grew up in North Carolina and earned my bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. I recently began working outside the home again after 20 years of homeschooling my five children.

I currently live in Knightdale with my husband, daughter, son, and our boxer mix Biggs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, thrift shopping, and spending time with my children and grandchildren. 

I am excited to continue the school year with second grade and the Leopard family!
