Class Schedules
Apex High operates on a 4x4 block schedule and follows the traditional school calendar. The 4x4 schedule focuses on four classes per day (Monday through Friday) in the span of one semester or half of a traditional school year. After the first semester, students are given a new schedule of four classes to complete for the second semester. Each class is approximately 90 minutes long. On Wednesdays, students attend Cougar Class (homeroom) which takes place between first and second periods. The bell schedule can be reviewed here.
