Hi! My name is Megan DeJohn. I am excited that this will be my 1st year teaching at Lincoln Heights. I have been teaching for 16 years. I taught 2nd grade for the past 10 years with WCPSS. I am originally from Northeast Pennsylvania where I earned my bachelor’s in elementary and master’s in reading.  I moved to NC in 2013 with my husband. We have 2 young boys, Logan (5) and Owen (3). We also have 2 dogs. Casey is a chocolate lab, and Willa is a chow/retriever mix. When I am not at school, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and watching movies. We have lived in Fuquay for 8 years and love this town. I am excited to be back in 1st grade where I started my teaching career and to teach children in my own community. I am looking forward to working with you to help your child grow and succeed.
