Hello, my name is Chris Thornton, and I am very happy to be a special education teacher at FVES. I am originally from northern California and my family and I moved to North Carolina last year. At home, I have a beautiful family that includes my wife, two year old daughter, and dog named Tinker Bell. I enjoy playing most sports, hiking, dancing, and the occasional video game or two. I joined the FVES family in January of 2025 and look forward to working with the Fuquay community for many years to come. I am passionate about teaching and enjoy working with students, families, and fellow teachers to ensure our community becomes a place to thrive.
