To all Scotts Ridge Families - join the Celebration Book Club (CBC) which allows your child’s birthday to be celebrated in a special way and helps our Media Center collection to grow.  Participation in this optional program involves a $15 contribution per book. Your child will select a new book from a special collection of “celebration” books located in our Media Center.  A special bookplate with your child’s name and birth date or dedication will be placed on the inside front cover of the book.  Your child will also have the honor of being the first to check out the new book and their name added to the wall. This contribution helps us add popular and frequently requested titles to our Media Center’s book collection.    

Children have a special appreciation for the books they “select” to add to our media shelves.  They enjoy sharing them with their classmates and teacher.  These books will remain in our library for all our students to enjoy for years to come.  This is a wonderful way to commemorate a very special occasion and to help our Media Center maintain a high-quality collection.
