Personal Supplies

* Book bag- “Elementary” sized book bags with no wheels. 
 Must accommodate a 11x14 folder (small “preschool” size DOES NOT work).
* Change of clothes- A seasonal change of clothes (LABELED) and a plastic bag should remain in the book bag at all times. Pants/shorts; shirt; underwear; socks
* Water bottle- Filled with water only each day. (LABELED)
* Small headphones (no earbuds or bluetooth)- In (LABELED) plastic bag

• 1 zippered pencil pouch approx. size 6”x 9” (NO boxes)

• 4 plastic folders (2 pocket WITH prongs) 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 blue (label)
• 2 boxes of Crayola 24 pack crayons (do not label)

• 12 SKINNY black dry erase markers (do not label)
• 1 Composition Notebook (no spiral notebooks)
• 1 Primary Composition Journal-will have space for a picture and lines for writing underneath

Welcome to Second Grade!

We are so excited for you to be joining us this 2024-2025 school year!  We hope you are ready to learn and have fun!

To begin the school year, please bring the following items:

These items should be labeled with your child's name:
1 pencil pouch 
1 package of 24 count crayons 
1 small pair of scissors 
1 - 1 inch binder
(2) composition notebooks (no spirals)
(2) 2 pocket plastic folders  (red and yellow) 
In/cm ruler- 12 inches
Earbuds/ Headphones - labeled    

These items will be collected for classroom use:
1 package of Ticonderoga pencils 
1 block eraser (Ex. Pink Pearl, Pentel hi-polymer)
1 package of dry erase markers - preferably fine tip
Glue sticks
Highlighters
1 box of Tissues   
Clorox cleaning wipes

If you are unable to provide these supplies, please let your teacher know and they will be provided for your child. Please only label what is indicated as the remainder of the items will be pooled for all students to use.

3rd Grade Supplies 2024-2025

Please make an effort to bring in all labeled supplies.  Do NOT label anything.

• 1 pair of personal earbuds or headphones REQUIRED
• Device (personal or WCPSS-issued, and a charger (45 watt)
  
• 4 one-subject spiral notebooks (see pic #1; red, yellow, green, blue)
  
• 5 plastic pocket folders (see pic #2; red, yellow, green, blue, purple)
  
• 1 large pencil pouch (see pic #4)
  
• 2-pack Pink Pearl block erasers (see picture #3)
  
• 1 package of 24 crayons 
  
• 2 packages of Ticonderoga pencils (pre sharpened preferred)
  
• 4 black dry erase markers and clean dark sock (to be used as an eraser)
