Morning Carpool: The building will be open for students to enter at 7:45.  Students should be in their homeroom by 8:15 am, or they will be marked tardy. If you are coming from the direction of NC – 55 please use the carpool loop in the front of the school on Avent Ferry Rd. Please familiarize yourselves with the Holly Grove parking lot and carpool procedures below:

Remember, there are lines designated for each school to ease the flow of traffic. The left lane is dedicated for Holly Grove Middle and the right lane is dedicated for Holly Grove Elementary. Please allow those trying to get their respective schools the opportunity to pass with no obstructions. If you are coming from Cass Holt Rd,  Holly Pointe, Braxton or Holly Glen, you can use the bus loop located on Cass Holt road beginning at 7:45. Buses will be dropping off between 7:35 – 7:45 am. If there is a bus in the loop when you enter, you CANNOT pass the school bus at any point.

Afternoon- Dismissal time at HGMS is 3:00pm. All carpool students should be picked up in the carpool line in the front of the school on Avent Ferry Rd. All students should be picked up no later than 3:20.
