• Preferred Name for PowerSchool

    • If your student goes by a middle name, a nickname, or an alternative name, you can use this form to have that name entered into the name listed in the PowerSchool database. Their preferred name can be used for class lists, yearbook, etc.

      You must be logged in to a WCPSS account to access the form.  Forms can be returned to the front office.

      NOTE: Legal names will be used for diplomas, report cards, and other legal documents
