  • Rising Seniors - Required Vaccine

    For Rising Seniors: North Carolina law requires all rising 12th graders to get a meningococcal vaccine booster before starting 12th grade. Parents will need to provide a copy of their child’s immunization record to Student Services showing proof of the meningococcal vaccine before the first day of school. More information about the Vaccine Requirement can be found on the KHS website under “Students” and then “Senior Information.” https://nc01911451.schoolwires.net /Page/52305
