Applications are open to all 12th, 11th and 10th graders at FVHS.  Parking will be open until we sell out of spots.  

Important Reminders:

• All student dues past and present must be paid up to date at the time of applying for a parking pass, you will need to upload the proof of payment into the online application.
• .
• Once the application is complete and submitted, you will receive an email to pay the fee for parking.
• Seniors must have their Meningococcal vaccinations up to date before applying for a parking pass. Please review information about the vaccination requirements.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your parking pass is ready for pickup. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

OFF-CAMPUS LUNCH PASSES CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE FRONT OFFICE DURING THE FIRST 30 MINUTES OF A/B LUNCH OR BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL.   PASSES WILL ONLY BE DISTRIBUTED TO JUNIORS AND SENIORS THAT HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE APPLICATION.

Off-Campus Lunch Pass Online Application is now LIVE!. To ensure a smooth application process, please follow these steps:

1. Print the Off-Campus Lunch Form.
2. Notarize the form.
3. Pay $10.00 for the pass.
4. Ensure all student dues, both past and present, are paid up to date.
5. Complete online application and upload documents needed. 

Important Notes:

• The Off-Campus Lunch Pass application requires the form to be notarized and signed by a parent and student before uploading it to the online application.
• All student dues must be settled at the time of applying for the Off-Campus Lunch Pass.
• Off-Campus Lunch Pass pick-up dates will be posted during the first week of school. After that, they can be picked up at the front desk.
