    Prom Date & Time: April 11, 2026 @ 8:00pm - 11:00pm

    Ticket Pick up: March 23-27 during A & B lunches

    **INSTRUCTIONS for guest form and ticket pick-up:

    • 1. Complete the request form with the appropriate information.  Requests can be denied if proper information is not included. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. 

    • 2. Submit this form to FVHS FRONT OFFICE  with a copy of the Guest Photo ID inserted and/or attached by March 6, 2026 @ 2:00pm.   If approved, or denied, FVHS students will be notified via email by March 17.

    • 3. Once the guest is approved, FVHS students will receive an email and be able to purchase the Guest Tix via the Payment Portal.  You will need to keep an email copy of the payment in order to pick up Prom Tickets. Guest Tix prices are now $50 per Guest.  

    • 4. When it is time to pick up tickets (March 23-27), Students will need to bring the email confirmation that your guest has been approved, along with a copy and/or receipt of payment for the Guest Tix and confirmation of all school dues paid (even if guest is a 9th or 10th grade student at FVHS).

    • Guests:  Any student that is planning to attend the Fuquay-Varina Prom that IS NOT a current Junior or Senior at Fuquay-Varina High School is considered a guest (this includes current 9th and 10th grade students at FVHS).  FVHS students must purchase guest tickets through the FVHS SchoolCash Online portal. https://wcpss.schoolcashonline.com/

    • Note about Guests: Guests must be under the age of 21, at least in 9th grade, and in good standing with their school or employer to attend the FVHS Prom. All guests are required to bring a valid photo ID for admission, such as a school ID, Driver’s License, or an Infinite Campus printout that includes a photo. A copy of this Guest ID MUST be attached to the request form at the time of submission.  Guests must follow the FVHS, Wake County Public School Student Code of Conduct policy, as well as any and all policies from the event venue. FVHS Students are responsible for the actions of their Prom guests. Guests and their FVHS dates who behave inappropriately will be removed from the premises and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.

    • FVHS Students- in order to be approved to attend Prom, you must NOT have more than 10 unexcused absences in any class.  No Out-of-School Suspensions from Feb. 10-April 11th 2026.
