• Before School Care
     
    Hunter GT / AIG Magnet Elementary School offers onsite before-school care.  Hunter staff members run our Before School Care program.  Students can be dropped off as early as 7:00 AM in the school cafeteria, and the Before School Care program lasts until 8:45 AM when the first bell rings.  During the Before School Care program, students are able to engage in a variety of activities including reading, playing games with friends, art activities, technology opportunities, and more. Students enrolled in the Before School Care program are also able to participate in the PTA Morning Physical Activity Clubs with parental permission. Please turn in completed Before School Care applications in the main office.  
     
     
     
     
     
     
     

    After School Care
     YMCA
    Hunter GT / AIG Magnet Elementary School is proud to partner with the Southeast Raleigh YMCA for After School Care.  The YMCA will offer the after school program onsite at Hunter from 3:45 pm (dismissal) until 6:00 pm.  
     
    As a part of the YMCA After School Program, students will participate in:
    • Quiet, Supervised homework time
    • Creative Arts
    • Indoor and Outdoor Games
    • Sports and Specialty Clinics
    • Assembly and Snack Time
