Are you trying out for a sport? | All student-athletes must complete the online registration, utilizing  DragonFlyMax for all paperwork.  You will also have the OPTION (preferred) to upload your physical and medical eligibility forms when completing your paperwork.  The physical and medical eligibility forms must be completed by a medical professional.  For first-time registrations online, you must create an account.  Once you create an account, then you can go to the online paperwork to complete all required documents.  Go to DragonFlyMax to access the page you need to do the online participation forms.
