I love being a part of the Fuquay-Varina ES family! I've been teaching elementary students since 2002, and I became an elementary librarian in 2010. I love being a librarian, getting kids hooked on reading, and igniting students' natural curiosity about the world. My lessons are based on the Informational Technology Essentials Standards as well as the eWISE research model.

I love contemporary dancing, gardening, crafting, and watching my boys race.  My family also loves to go traveling and camping. I welcome parents in the media center, and hope you will stop by to say hi, check out books, and volunteer.
