I have been teaching at Fuquay Varina Elementary School since 2005. I have been a classroom teacher in both 2nd and 3rd grades as well as our STEAM enhancement.  I am a proud alum of Indiana University and California State University. I have 3 children and several pets. I love science, especially biology. I enjoy camping, traveling, concerts, hiking, gardening and reading. My hope is to teach children kindness and compassion, to build their confidence and to create a love of learning within each of them.
