Mr. Aldridge is excited to be a part of the Millbrook Environmental Connections Elementary School community, which he joined in the summer of 2020.

James grew up in Greensboro, NC and is a proud North Carolinian. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and, after graduating in 2004, began teaching middle school in Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. He transitioned to WCPSS in 2008 to teach English and coach lacrosse at Panther Creek High School. Most recently, James served five years as an assistant principal at Carroll Magnet Middle School.

James enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, running, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
