Originally from Virginia, Ms. Lynch moved her family to North Carolina while working in the Hospitality Industry. From 1996-2001 she was half owner of a fabulous deli/fine dining restaurant in Salter Path, NC. With a solid business background and a graduate of James Madison University, BA English, and East Carolina University, MS Counseling, she changed her career to education in 2001. Working in Craven, Carteret, Pamlico, Lenoir and now Wake County she has worked as a teacher or counselor of students from kindergarten to community college level. 

Ms. Lynch enjoys teaching English & Reading Remediation at MEPHS. The supportive culture of students, teachers, administrators and Phillips community creates a positive education experience for all.
