Welcome to JYJoyner Magnet Elementary School!  Please take a look around our IB Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) area. There is lots to see and do through the different links. Our students are apart of a dual magnet program for all students. Those programs are Center for Spanish Language as well as the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. We encourage you to attend a Parent Information Session hosted by the Wake County Magnet Department before deciding where you would like to tour. Information sessions are scheduled on select Thursdays throughout the school year. This are listed on the Magnet Schools Calendar of Events.

 

Magnet Application Acceptance Period:
Applications are NOT first-come, first-served. Families will be notified mid-February 2023 f they received a seat at an application school. Visit the WCPSS website for more details. If your child is not currently enrolled in WCPSS, you must register your child at your base school before submitting the magnet application.
