I have been a School Psychologist for 20 + years and I love my job. I moved to North Carolina from Ohio and have been at Rolesville Elementary since starting with WCPSS in 2008. I have two sons who both attended Rolesville Elementary, a wonderful husband and a dog named Baxter. When I am not working, I enjoy working out, reading for pleasure, baking and watching my children play sports. I am only at Rolesville on a part time basis and serve another school within the district. I am a member of the Autism and Mental Health teams within the school psychology department and part of the Intervention team at Rolesville. I believe we must work hard to understand and engage each student using the whole child approach and strong relationships are the key to learning and growing for all our students.

I have worked in many different schools over my career and Rolesville quickly became one of my favorite schools and a place that I hold close to my heart. The teachers and administration are patient, great problem solvers and flexible. The students are expectational and parents are awesome and very willing to help. Rolesville Elementary has a small town feel that is personable, fun and holds high expectations for both staff and students.
